VIP MEET & GREET PROCESS

• When you arrive at the venue, there will be a separate line outside the doors only for VIP Meet & Greet attendees. Please line up here.  • Around *4:30 pm, a Blue October team member will come out and start checking everyone in.  • At *5:00 pm, you will be escorted into the venue.  • Blue October (Justin Furstenfeld for I Laugh At Myself shows) will come on stage, soundcheck a song or two, followed by a Q&A session with the audience. • Next, you will line up and take a photo side-by-side with the band/Justin using your phone. • After your photo is taken, you will be handed an autographed poster.  • At this time, you will head back out of the venue until the doors open for the show. Before you exit, you will have the opportunity to stop at the merch booth if you would like to. *Start times above are an example and may vary for actual shows

For VIP Meet & Greet start times, please check your event page on BlueOctoberShop.com.(https://blueoctobershop.com/collections/all-vip-tickets) Most VIP Meet & Greets start at 5:00 pm. However, there are instances where the start time is different due to that day’s schedule.

Congrats! The radio station (or other outlet) will send us your info, and we will have your name on our list for check-in for the VIP Meet & Greet.

No, a show ticket is not included with your VIP Meet & Greet. Please purchase your show tickets separately here.(https://www.blueoctober.com/tour-dates) You must have a show ticket to attend the VIP Meet & Greet.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your VIP Meet & Greet. If your VIP Meet & Greet starts at 5:00 pm, we recommend arriving between 4:15 and 4:30 pm. All you will need is an ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.). Our team will then scan your e-ticket(s) and check you and your party in. If you are unable to locate your e-ticket(s), please send us an email at soundcheck@blueoctober.com(mailto:soundcheck@blueoctober.com)

Yes, when allowed by the venue for general admission shows! BUT you must be back in the VIP Meet & Greet line when doors open. Once the general line starts entering, you are not able to skip the line and will need to go to the back of the general line.

Our team will take your photo using your phone, so you will have your photo immediately.

No. We ask that you please refrain from bringing items for the band to sign. If everyone brought something personal to have signed, there would be no time to complete it for everyone.

Yes. After purchasing, click the "Transfer" button on the order confirmation email where you received your ticket(s), enter the recipient's name/email, and the guest will receive a link to claim the ticket.
