  • Deadlines for October 2-6, 2025

  • Be cautious of scammers:
    We battle scammers all the time across all platforms. You should not purchase any rooms/reservations or anything Blue October Getaway related from anyone without confirming with blueoctobercabo@travelabundance.com that we have them as a confirmed Blue October Beach Getaway buyer.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    Bookings are done through our travel partner, Travel Abundance using the WeTravel booking engine. Please note your booking includes accommodations and access to the event, it does not include airfare or airport transfers. Book Here
  • What all is included when I book my reservation?
    The Getaway includes 4 nights of accommodation at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica resort in Cabo. The resort is all-inclusive so all meals, drinks, and snacks are included. For alcoholic beverages a huge array of brands are included in the “inclusive” plan, however some top shelf brands are an additional charge. Guests staying in VIP rooms and suites have a larger selection of alcoholic brands that include more top shelf choices. Guests staying in VIP rooms and suites also have some additional meet & greet access to the band in the VIP Lounge. All Blue October-related events like live performances, movie night, meet & greets, and other activities are included in your reservation. Airfare, airport transfers, spa, golf and excursions are NOT included.
  • Will you have merch at the event for purchase?
    Yes. In addition to an exclusive Welcome gift for all attendees, we will have some additional very cool and exclusive merch items for purchase. You’ll easily see/find our merch area once on the property at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica.
  • Can I bring my kids? Is there an age restriction?
    We’re so excited to share this unique experience with you at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica! Typically, this resort is adults-only, but for our special event, they are making an exception. Kids aged 12 to 17 are welcome to join in on the fun. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children under 12. Thanks for understanding and helping us make this an amazing time for everyone!
  • Can a party pay separately? (i.e. if two friends want to get a room but pay their portion separately).
    No. Unfortunately, our booking engine does not allow for this. You'll be responsible for dividing up costs between those sharing a room together. Is that why they invented Venmo?
  • How does all-inclusive food and drink work at the resort?
    Generally, all food and beverages are included except for some top-shelf alcohol brands. VIP guests have a larger selection of alcohol, however, the main all-inclusive brands are plentiful. The hotel has 3 restaurants, a beach AirStream food trailer, and room service. All food and beverages at all of these is included. There are some items on some restaurant menus that are an extra charge, and those will be noted (mainly high end steaks, lobster etc). When dining or ordering drinks, you’ll scan your room bracelet with the wait staff, and you may opt to add a tip. Although it’s inclusive, they still “charge” all items to your room to keep track of their food and beverage consumption. Any extras not part of the all-inclusive package will be charged to your room and settled into your credit card when checking out.

  • Where can we see a copy of the event schedule?
    The final event itinerary will be published at least two weeks prior to the Getaway. We will also have a poster with the itinerary located in the lobby of Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, we'll post the itinerary at www.blueoctober.com/getaway and email it to you prior to your arrival.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    ACH Direct Deposit (preferred), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay. *This may differ if paying in foreign currency.
  • How much access do I have to the band?
    You are going on vacation with the band and will have the most access to them you’ve ever had! In addition to pre-planned live performances, meet & greets, and other group activities the band members will be on-site and enjoying everything Pueblo Bonito Pacifica has to offer. You’ll be able to approach them and have a quick conversation, take a selfie, play volleyball with them, sing karaoke with them etc.

  • What is “Into The Ocean: A Blue October Beach Getaway”?
    Blue October’s first destination getaway will take place in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico at the 5-star all-inclusive Pueblo Bonito Pacifica resort. There are two separate weeks: Thursday, September 25, 2025 to Monday, September 29, 2025 and Thursday, October 2, 2025 to Monday, October 6, 2025. It features 4 days and 4 nights of exclusive and unique live performances, meet & greets, pool-side karaoke with the band, plenty of sun, sand and pool activities, and more. You’ll be vacationing with Blue October and get more access to the band than ever before. VIP rooms and suites are available with extra amenities and access.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    All reservations are final and non-refundable. Once you book your reservation, you are responsible for full payment, whether you pay in a lump sum or use the payment plan. If you miss a payment as part of your payment plan, you will have a maximum of 10 days to resolve that payment. If a payment becomes delinquent beyond 10 days, you will forfeit your reservation and all monies previously paid, and your room will be released back into inventory. The initial deposit is also non-refundable. We will keep a Waitlist of others wanting to attend. If you are unable to attend, we may offer your reservation to a waitlisted guest, who can then purchase your reservation from you for face value or less. Please note there is a $100 name change fee to transfer a reservation.
  • What payment options are there for October dates?
    We have two payment options for Thursday, October 2, 2025 - Monday, October 6, 2025 You can opt to pay in full, in advance, or you can select our payment plan. The payment plan requires a per person room deposit at the time of booking and then 6 additional equal payments for your balance due on: August 01, 2024 October 01, 2024 December 01 2024 February 01, 2025 April 01, 2025 June 01, 2025
  • Can I stay at another resort and get a pass to attend?
    No, The only way to attend is to have a room at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. Anyone trying to stay elsewhere and attend will not be allowed to enter the Pacifica property.
  • Is the event ADA-compatible?
    We can accommodate ADA needs. The hotel has a few ADA rooms and we will be able to assist you to attend the live performances and other included events. However, please note that this event is taking place in Mexico and ADA rules associated with the United States may differ. Please reach out to us for specific ADA questions.
  • What payment options are there for September dates?
    We have two payment options for Thursday, September 25, 2025 to Monday, September 29, 2025 You can opt to pay in full, in advance, or you can select our payment plan.   • When will we receive our final tickets/itinerary after we book?
    You will receive an email at least 2 weeks prior to your departure with our itinerary of events and general instructions.
  • Can I book more than one room?
    You can book additional rooms under the "in charge" name for the room and then use the same credit card on multiple reservations if you plan to pay for all rooms.
  • What is the difference between the VIP rooms and the regular rooms?
    VIP rooms are rooms situated in The Towers at Pacifica or the suites. All VIP rooms have upgraded furnishings, bedding and decor and come with 24/7 butler service. See more about your butler below. All guests in VIP rooms will receive an additional special Blue October branded welcome gift, an exclusive Getaway-themed VIP laminate, and access to an exclusive VIP Lounge throughout the entire event. The VIP Lounge is a large private room facing the Pacific with a large balcony terrace. Breakfast and Lunch are served from 7 am - 5 pm daily, and drinks only are available from 5 pm - 10 pm daily. The lounge is easily accessible from the main events area of the resort and has easily accessible restrooms. The band will visit the VIP Lounge daily for casual meet & greets with VIPs. Butler Service It all starts with personal butlers, certified by the prestigious British Butler Institute who are trained to anticipate your every desire. You’ll meet your butler long before you arrive at the resort because you’ll receive an email asking for your preferences on everything from in-room snacks to pillows to activity preferences. Your guest room is customized just for you before your arrival. The individual, personal service starts when you enter the lobby as your butler greets you and escorts you to your room, unpacks for you, and then offers a private, get acquainted tour of the property. Want breakfast in bed? No problem, just let your butler know the night before. Interested in cocktails in your room? Sure thing. Your butler is at your service. Need reservations at a restaurant? You got it, your butler will handle it.
  • What room types are available?
    There are a variety of room types available ranging from garden view rooms with one king bed all the way up to a Presidential Suite. All room types are listed on our website with details on what is included in each room. Please note that single rooms with a king bed can only accommodate 2 guests. All suites and rooms with 2 queen beds can accommodate up to 4 guests. The maximum number of guests allowed in one of these rooms is 3 Adults & 1 Child OR 2 Adults and 2 Children. Suites typically include one king bed and a queen-sized fold-out sofa. We cannot accommodate 4 Adults in any one room.
  • Can I reserve a room for Single Occupancy?
    Yes, however, the Getaway is priced based on Double Occupancy so there is no discount for Single Occupancy. You’d just book a Double Occupancy room and list your name only on the reservation.
  • How do I book golf?
    Tee times at Quivira Los Cabos Golf Club can book up 6+ months in advance. If you plan to play golf while at the Getaway please make your reservations early. You can make a reservation by contacting Elena Cortez at salescabo@pueblobonito.com. All guests of Pueblo Bonito Pacifica have access to the golf club, however green fees and any other charges are not part of the all-inclusive plan.   • How can I get to other Pueblo Bonito properties to enjoy resort privileges?
    Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is located next door to Pueblo Bonito Sunset, however, due to the mountainous terrain you need to take a shuttle to get there. It takes just a few minutes. To get a shuttle to Sunset, go to the front of Pacifica and tell the bellhop you’d like a shuttle to Sunset. You can also go to other Pueblo Bonito properties like Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos. Both of these resorts are located on the swimmable Medano Beach. Shuttles to these resorts leave every hour from Pueblo Bonito Sunset. So you need to take the quick shuttle from Pacifica to Sunset and then tell the valet there that you wish to take the shuttle to the other resorts. The shuttle bus fits approximately 40 people so you may need to make reservations (they are free) in advance. This shuttle runs from 10 am to 10 pm daily on the hour and the shuttle returning runs from 10:30 am - 10:30 pm on the half hour. You’ll want to plan so you have seating on the return shuttle.
  • A note about room service and restaurant wait times.
    Food service in Mexico, specifically Cabo, is not rushed. The same applies to the restaurants and room service at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. Dining can take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, so please plan accordingly when you plan to eat, make reservations or place a room service order.
  • What is the check-in procedure upon arrival at the hotel?
    The standard check-in time is 3 pm. Upon arrival at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, you will be escorted to the resort check-in area. If your room is not ready, you can store your bags and enjoy the resort’s amenities. Early arrivals do not guarantee early check-in. VIP guests will meet their butler in the lobby and be taken to the VIP Lounge for check-in. A Travel Abundance desk in the lobby is available to assist with your arrival.
  • Can I visit other Pueblo Bonito Cabo locations?
    Yes, there are shuttles that go between each of the resorts. See the concierge outside to make arrangements. Your Pueblo Bonito wristband allows you to drink and eat at all the resorts.
  • How do I order room service?
    Pueblo Bonito has an app! You should download it in advance of arriving at the hotel. Once you have checked in, you can log into the app with your name and room number (make sure you choose Pacifica). From there you can find the room service menu. It’s not too dissimilar to using GrubHub, Door Dash etc, but it’s all-inclusive. Room service is available 24/7, and the menu is extensive.
  • How do I make dinner reservations at my hotel?
    Upon arrival, you will be able to make a reservation for on-site restaurants. For guests staying in suites, please see your butler, who will check you in and help you book spa and restaurant reservations.
  • Can I book excursions during the event?
    Yes. Our travel partner, Travel Abundance, will be facilitating the following excursions: sailing to the Arches with Snorkeling in the Sea of Cortez, Camel Rides, Ziplining, Mexican Flavors Cooking Class and ATV Rides. You will have the opportunity to book excursions when making your reservation or any time before the event. If space is still available upon your arrival, you can book with Travel Abundance at check-in. You may book excursions with Travel Abundance or also through the resort or on your own. Generally, the mornings into early afternoon are meant to be free time for you to go on excursions, or just chill.
  • What can you tell me about the spa?
    The spa at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica will be exclusively available to our Blue October guests, offering special pricing for you. This full-service spa boasts a comprehensive menu of wellness-oriented massage therapies, body treatments, and signature experiences, including a healing ritual rooted in ancestral practices from the Baja region. Additionally, the spa features a fitness center, beauty salon, relaxing wet areas, and separate locker rooms for men and women.
  • When time is check-out?
    Check-out time is at 11 am. You are required to check out with the front desk and receive clearance of incidental costs like spa services and other room charges. You will not be listed to get on the transfer bus if you do not check out properly. The front desk will hand you a receipt you’ll need to show the bellhop prior to boarding your transfer vehicle.
  • Is the beach at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica swimmable?
    No, swimming in the ocean at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is not allowed due to dangerous waves, currents, and riptides. It's gorgeous and breathtaking to watch, but too dangerous to swim. However, you are welcome to enjoy the beautiful beach views and amenities at the resort. For those who wish to swim, you have resort privileges at Pacifica’s sister properties, Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos and Pueblo Bonito Rose. These resorts provide direct access to Medano Beach, a beautiful and safe swimmable beach. You can take a free shuttle to these sister properties to enjoy swimming in the ocean safely. See the FAQ on hotel transfers for more information on getting to Pueblo Bonito other Pueblo Bonito properties.
  • Can I extend my stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica?
    Yes. You’ll need to work directly with the resort if you would like to add nights before or after the Blue October Getaway, but you may add additional nights. Please note that the resort is traditionally adults only so if you are bringing children 12 - 17 with you to the Getaway you cannot extend your stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, however you may move to their family-friendly resort Pueblo Bonito Sunset which is next door to Pacifica.
  • Can I book travel protection?
    Our travel partner, Travel Abundance, offers Travel Guard travel insurance. Please contact them at blueoctobercabo@travelabundance.com to get a quote for your booking.
  • What customs documents or forms do I need to enter Mexico?
    To enter San Jose del Cabo, Mexico a valid passport is required. Citizens of the U.S., the UK, Canada, and other major European countries are not required to have a visa to visit Mexico but must present a valid passport when leaving and/or re-entering their country. All visitors are required to travel with a return ticket or onward ticket for entry into Mexico. For other nationalities, please contact your local Mexico Embassy, Consulate or Mexico Tourism office. NEW! All foreign visitors are required to fill out a Tourist Card (or FFM). You can fill one out upon arrival, however, the Mexican government has a very easy digital process so you can do this in advance and have the form with you. You can access that here: https://www.mexicotouristcard.com/ We encourage you to please check your passport ASAP and make sure that it’s up to date and valid. Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months after your arrival back into your country to enter. If your passport is set to expire within 6 months of your departure date from Cabo, your country might not let you enter the country. Please check your home country’s requirements and your airline to confirm your the current rules in place for your country.
  • What is the local currency and how can I exchange money?
    The Peso is the official currency of Mexico, however, U.S. dollars are widely accepted. All normal credit cards are accepted in Cabo and your credit card company will handle currency conversions.
  • How far is the resort from the airport in Cabo?
    It is approximately 29 miles from Los Cabos International Airport to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. Airport transfers take approximately 40 minutes.
  • What airport do I fly into?
    From the Cabo International Airport (SJD), it takes about 45-60 mins to get to Pueblo Bonito Pacifica.
  • How do I confirm my return transfer to the airport?
    If you book your airport transfer with our travel partner, Travel Abundance, you can confirm your airport transfer with them on-site. Travel Abundance will have a desk in the lobby of Pueblo Bonito Pacifica during our entire event. They will assist you with questions regarding your hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and any excursions booked through them. Travel Abundance will not be assisting with booking airfare as it’s very simple to book flights to/from the U.S. and Cabo.
  • How do we contact a Travel Abundance representative on location?
    Travel Abundance will have a desk set up on site, during specific times, to be communicated before the event. In addition, representatives will be on site all day to assist you with excursions, transfers and your travel needs.
  • What is the procedure upon arrival in San Jose del Cabo airport?
    Upon arrival in San Jose del Cabo, go through Customs, claim your bags and proceed to the Declarations area. Enter the line if you are a tourist and have nothing to declare. After you have cleared customs, continue through the doors to the Ground Transportation area with your luggage.
  • What do I do if my flight is delayed?
    If you booked your airport transfer with our travel partner, Travel Abundance, please notify them of your flight delay at blueoctobercabo@travelabundance.com. They will coordinate with the local transfer company to arrange for your transfer once you have arrived. Your hotel room will be held and ready for you upon arrival.
  • Are airport transfers included in my reservation?
    No. Airport transfers are not included in your Getaway booking. However, our travel partner, Travel Abundance, can assist you with booking airport transfers. Travel Abundance has a dedicated transfer partner in Cabo and they will be on-site during the getaway should you need assistance. You may also book your own airport transfer. For Travel Abundance transfers, you will be picked up with your traveling party and directly transported to the Pueblo Bonita Resort upon landing and picking up your bags. An attendant will be waiting for you outside the terminal with a placard with your family name. For Return your transfer will pick you up 3 hrs before your flight. This is priced per person, please add the same number of traveling party.
